Every 5 years, the See-Kan RC&D Council updates their Area Plan.  Through public meetings and surveys which were provided to the residents of this area, it is determined what are the needs and opportunities within this region.  Possible projects brought to us from individuals just like you, are adopted or declined by the Council to help address these needs.  Below is a list of our current projects.

Serving Allen, Bourbon, Chautauqua, Cherokee, Crawford, Elk, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson, and Woodson counties.
