Do you need assistance to start a new business or expand your existing business? Then this program may fit your needs. The key to qualifying for this loan is to provide job creation. The funds can be used for infrastructure improvements, land acquisition, site preparation, building construction or working capital items.
This program has the benefit of working with your local banker. It allows for the needed capital to get the loan. The process will start with your local loan officer. Loans will be made through your local bank at the same rate as the note. A loan committee will review all applications.
You can pick up applications at your local bank and the See-Kan RC&D office in Chanute, Kansas. Applications will be funded on a first come fist serve basis.
As of today See-Kan RC&D has made seven microloans and helped to create fourteen new jobs in southeast Kansas. |
