See-Kan CDI is a Certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). A CHDO is a not-for-profit community based and low income community service organization with the capacity to develop affordable housing for the communities it serves. Serving Chautauqua, Crawford, Montgomery, Neosho and Wilson Counties in Southeastern Kansas. See-Kan CDI has been providing safe affordable housing in our area of service since 1997. See-Kan CDI has received over $2 Million in HOME Partnership grant funds used to develop over 58 apartments and 8 single family homes in Independence, Frontenac, Thayer, Neodesha, Sedan and Cedarvale. We are committed to finding solutions for communities challenged by low income and accessible housing problems.
